This policy explains how Dubai Owner Desk, a MarketingDubai.ae service operated by Sandesh Solutions FZE, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us"), handles your personal information.
When you complete a form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email (if given), your country of residence, details about your property (such as area, approximate value and year of purchase) or your purchase plans (budget and timeline), what you need, and your contact preference. We also collect technical data such as IP-based country, browser type, the page you came from and campaign tags (for example from Google, Microsoft, Meta or ChatGPT ads), through cookies and similar tools.
To pass your request to relevant partner companies, to contact you about your request (including an automatic WhatsApp message confirming we received it), to measure and improve our pages and advertising, and to keep our service secure. If you tick the box for the monthly Dubai Owner Update, we also email or message you that update until you unsubscribe.
With your consent, we share your request with up to three partner companies that handle what you asked for, such as snagging inspectors, property managers, holiday-home operators, furnishing companies, resale brokers or property lawyers. They may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email. We also use service providers for hosting, analytics and advertising measurement (for example Google, Microsoft, Meta and OpenAI), who may receive hashed (encrypted) identifiers for measurement. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages, Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam, and Interakt to send WhatsApp messages. We do not sell your personal information to anyone else.
Up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@marketingdubai.ae. You can tell any partner company directly to stop contacting you. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Your information is processed in the UAE and may be processed by service providers in other countries. If you are in the UK or EU, we rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
